Reservation Confirmations, Deposit, and Guarantee Policy
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. Dumaluan Beach Resort Resort accepts Visa, MasterCard, bank to bank transfers.

Check in/Check Out policy
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check- out time is 12:00 noon.
A valid ID or Passport is required at Check-in time.

Cancellations and Charges
To avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room and tax, please notify us 72 hours prior to your reserved arrival date.

Cancellation and No-Show Penalty is one night room rate and tax.

Cancellation notice during Special Events and Holidays varies. Please read Terms and Conditions when making reservations.

Special Services
Dumaluan Beach Resort Resort provides Concierge Services to assist guests with transportation, dining, and entertainment arrangements. Group luggage handling is also available.

Rates
Rates are not inclusive of 13% taxes.
